For those of you not familiar with them, the idea is that there are major and minor chords that share so many notes that they sound very similar. In this song there are two pairs: the Bm-D and the A-F#m. If you are feeling up for a challenge, simply play the song as is. If you are a beginner you can start by playing the whole song with just two chords A and D, where you substitute the D for the Bm, and the A for the F#m. This won’t sound exact, but will sound close enough to play and sing along with. As your confidence increases, you can start switching things up by adding back the minor chords.
